Title: Human Resources (HR)

The daily tasks of the selected interns include:

1. Assist in recruitment and selection by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Work on onboarding and onboarding by helping with new hire documentation, preparing new hire packages, conducting orientation sessions and helping new hires fit into the company culture
3. Work in employee relations by assisting with employee inquiries, conducting investigations, helping to maintain a positive work environment and facilitating communication between employees and management
