Capital One is rolling out a bigger welcome offerCapital One Venture Rewards Credit Card. From today it willEarn 75,000 Venture Milesafter spending just $4,000 in the first three months of membership on the card.

This is an increase from the previous offer of 60,000 Business Risk miles after spending $3,000 in the first three months of card membership. More importantly, this increased offering on the Venture Card is now identical to that found on the Venture Card's new premium sibling, theCapital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card.This may not be a temporary increased Venture Card bonus, but a permanent feature -- a Capital One representative said the bank has no plans to change this new 75,000-mile bonus.

This is an increase from the previous offer of 60,000 Business Risk miles for a $3,000 spend in the first three months. Capital One said this is not a limited time offer. It's probably the card's new core offering.

A reasonable annual fee

The Capital One Venture Card carries one$95 annual feewhich are not waived during the first year of your card membership. But when you compare the welcome offer to its higher quality (and more expensive) alternative – theCapital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card– Offering the same welcome bonus is a great deal.

There are also no foreign transaction fees with the Venture Card.

Up to $100 in credit toward Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check

Already in 2018,Capital One added a loanfor either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck.
